{Reservations}

Reservations from Swiss Miss Saanens gives you first option after any retained kids.  We reserve the right to retain any kid bred by our farm at any time, at our discretion.

Unborn kids can be reserved with a $100 deposit, and reservations will be taken on a first deposit basis.  If your deposit has not been paid, then your reservation is not made.  If your reservation doesn't work out, you have the option of rolling over your deposit to another open reservation.

All breedings are subject to change until doe is confirmed bred by ultra sound.

Reservations will close at 2 does and 2 bucks (if applicable; please note, bucks are not available from every doe.)

If your reservation becomes available the balance must be paid in full within 14 days of receiving notice from us.  Contracts not paid on time will be deemed void and the kid will be offered for sale to a new home.  Deposit will not be refunded.

{Transportation}

Arrangement for transportation is solely the buyers responsibility.

A boarding fee of $5 per day will be added if your goat(s) is not picked up by 4 weeks of age, unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you plan on having an animal shipped, you are responsible for all additional expenses.

{Additional Information}

We only sell our goats to homes that already have goats or plan on multi purchases.  Goats are herd animals and require other goats for companionship.  No exceptions.

If you are purchasing a wether as a companion for a doe you have also purchased from us, the wether will be offered at half price.

Goats are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale.  Once an animal leaves our property, no guarantee is extended.

{Deposits}

Deposits are NonRefundable, except if a reserved kid does not become available.  In this case, you may request that your deposit is returned, applied to another kid or rolled over to the next breeding season.

Payments can be made using PayPal: swissmisssaanens@gmail.com

{Performance Herd Priority}

Reservation priority will be given to Show and Milk Test homes.  If you are not on Milk Test, do not Linear Appraise or Show and a reservation comes in that does, it will take priority.

{Shipping Goats}

In our experience, you can safely ship a goat anywhere in the United States for about $200 to $225 through American Airlines Cargo.  Health Certificates cost between $50 and $125, depending on the State the goat is being shipped to.

It is the buyers responsible to inform Swiss Miss Saanens of any required documentation and to cover all travel related costs including, but not limited to, health certificates, crates, and shipping costs.  All goats are shipped from Ontario International Airport.  Identification is required when picking your goat up at the airport.
